Leyba Creations LLC accepts No responsibility for the legality of harvest of the specimen. All licenses, tags and identification must be presented at the time of check-in or pickup. By Signing, you state that this animal was taken legally in compliance with State and Federal Game Laws, and Leyba Creations is not responsible.
A nonrefundable 50% deposit
is required at the time an order is started and/or your specimen is dropped off. Remaining open balance is due in full upon notification. A storage fee of 10% per month, prorated, will be assessed for all items left over 14 days.
Unless payment arrangements have been made, it is agreed that any mounts/ specimens not paid in full within 3 months after completion of work order will become, without notice, the sole property of Leyba Creations LLC, and any deposit will be forfeited. If a credit card has been given for payment, it is agreed Leyba Creations LLC has the client’s permission to charge any balances due to his/her credit card. Additional charges that will apply to your order should you choose to upgrade or alter your mounts. Checks returned for any reason will result in a $50 return check fee. NO work will be released from Leyba Creations until balance is paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Estimated completion dates are tentative and subject to seasonal demand and other factors. No Cancellations after commencement of work permitted. Please review all stated turnaround times, as they may vary by species.
Although every precaution will be made Leyba Creations LLC will NOT be held responsible for loss of damage of specimens or other items resulting from Theft, Fire, Vandalism, Flood, Third party loss or Damage, or Other circumstances or Act of God that is beyond our control. Understand due to factors beyond the taxidermist control, such as field care, shipping, all tanning, whether done in house or otherwise, is done at specimen owner’s risk.

When arriving at Leyba Creations the person responsible must sigh/agree to our terms and conditions.
If specimens are dropped off when you are unavailable to sign, the individual must confirm that they have read and agree to our terms and conditions, and that all required paperwork has been completed online.
